Our 12,000 square foot warehouse has 28 individual studio and office spaces available to rent and a lively coworking space with private and flex desks.

Affordable Amenities

We offer fast wifi, air conditioning (in offices and coworking space), secured access, a beautiful glass conference room, two podcasting/private call rooms, kitchen, and dining area at rates well below other spaces.

1,000 sq ft Event Space

Our event space is available to rent for product shoots, meeting with clients, launch parties, business retreats, workshops and more.

Safe Space

The San Diego Made Factory has implemented a Safe Reopening plan in accordance with the CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our coworkers and tenants. Our measures include 6ft distances between coworking desks, facemasks required while moving about the space, increased daily sanitation of all common areas, no-touch trash cans, and hand sanitizing stations.
