Event Rental Information

We’re so glad you’re interested in hosting an event at the San Diego Made Factory! We’ve put so much love and hard work into this space and we are so excited to host your event. The San Diego Made Factory is a massive 12,000 square foot open warehouse that we’ve converted into a multi-purpose space. We have a 1,000 square foot event space, private artist studios, conference room, podcasting rooms and coworking/private offices. Our space is a living, breathing artist and small business hub!

To move forward with your event rental, please complete the steps outlined below. If you have any questions about these forms, contact the SDMade team member you’d been working with, or get in touch with us at info@sandiegomade.org.

1.) Complete and Sign our Payment Agreement 

In order to hold your event date, you will need to sign and complete our payment agreement form.

2.) Sign our Liability Waiver

All individual renters, company representatives, and/or outside vendors/vendor representatives must sign our liability waiver two weeks prior to the event date.

3.) Complete our Event Information Checklist

Please complete this checklist so we have all the basic information on your event/workshop. If you are selling tickets to the event and want us to share the ticketing link, please have it ready and include it on the form. Any events open to the public that you’d like us to share will be published to our Upcoming Events and Workshops page.

4.) Review Our Event Guide

Please read through our event guide for terms and conditions, F.A.Q.’s, rules and regulations, suggested vendors, and more.

5.) Read and Complete the Steps Outlined in Our Promotion Guide

If you are hosting an event or workshop that is open to the public, please complete the steps outlined in our Event & Workshop Promotion Guide. San Diego Made will provide promotional support when possible, but helping to complete these steps ensures that a collective effort is put forth to ensure that your event is a success!
